Squee-riffic!

I spent *several* hours unboxing and playing with my new
Patrick Green carder. The first batt off was a blend of - gotland, alpaca/silk & purple silk.
It was blissful :-)
I had some problems with cashmere - I'm sure it was impatience, using puffs that were too big.

It was there waiting for me this morning, ready to play!

Awww... You so make me wish you lived closer. I'm working on about week three of no day off—KNOWING today's going to be another one, and it would just be so nice to have you across the street to yell over and tell you it's beer time, spin for a little, play with the carder, and get back to it. Grr... Great to see Carla recently, but we miss you both! And Amy. WAH!

Jillian. I loved the class a couple of weeks ago-- and am wondering... would you consider teaching a "knit to fit class" for a number of weeks... everyone picks projects from the books... (bgk or mbgk) with your input- and group help... then knits with you're help... shoule be easy enough prep wise--- I think it should be at Knit A Round... just saying.

I'd pay $ for a class like that.
